THINGS CRAZY AGAIN.. NO RECENT UPDATE

All in good time. We have learned recently, however, that if you move to Washington after purchasing a new vehicle elsewhere, do not declare permanent resident status until after 90 days of purchase.. or face Washington sales tax.
